13/11/16 – Our exhibition at Belmont Citi Centre is over for another year – and it has been another huge success. This year 37 paintings were sold along with a large number of cards and raffle tickets and a huge participation in the People’s Choice competition (winners to be announced next week). The Centre Management Award went to Ann Margaret Mills for ‘The Fruit Seller’ (pictured above) – congratulations Ann Margaret on a fantastically successful exhibition and taking home 3 awards! More good news, our association with Belmont Citi Centre is set to continue throughout the coming months with the Centre offering us a window to display some of our members larger artworks. This is another great opportunity for the Art Society and we are most thankful to Centre Management for the offer. There has already been 1 sale from the current window display which will change periodically……more information to come!
