The Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Art Society are currently exhibiting their artworks at the Hunter Botanic Gardens, Hexham, until June 1st. All artworks are for sale and can be viewed in the foyer next to the Cafe. Come along, have a cuppa, enjoy the gardens and view some beautiful artworks by local artists.

Bob Saxon Demonstration in Oils
We had a wonderful demonstration by Bob Saxon at our general meeting this February. Bob likes to paint ‘plein air’ impressionist style paintings and searching for subjects locally and across the country has become a passion and a life style of his. Bob was very generous with his knowledge in oil painting.
RAFFLE WINNER – BELMONT
The beautiful painting by Rod Bathgate which was raffled at our Belmont Exhibition 2021 was won by Gay Cheshire. Thank you to all who supported and congratulations Gay.
