The Joe Punshon Silver Palette Award for 2016 went to Robert Loughran for his pastel ‘ The Colour of Light’. Congratulations to Robert – who is also the artist who painted this years raffle prize, which can be seen on the lower level at Marketown  until the 20th of this month.
