This beautifully bright pastel, ‘Newcastle Cathedral’ by Robert Loughran, will be the raffle prize at our Marketown exhibition – tickets only $1 each. It is the  second time The Joe Punshon Award has been held at Marketown, upstairs near Big W, and the exhibition last year was such a popular success we are all keen to be a part of it again.
