3/2/2019 – Tickets are selling fast for Rod Bathgate’s wonderful pastel painting ‘Summer On Nobby’s Beach’, first prize in our current raffle at Charlestown Square. The exhibition is already halfway through, with only one week left to see this fantastic display by local artists. A huge selection of works in all sizes, mediums and styles are capturing the attention of shoppers, many stopping to cast a vote in our always popular People’s Choice. The competition is a great way to get involved and show support and encouragement to the artist of  your favourite painting – you may even win a small prize! Remember as paintings sell they are replaced so there is something new to see every day. The exhibition, as usual, is manned with  contributing artists always happy to meet and chat with fellow art lovers……hope to see you there before 5pm Sunday February 10!
