19/05/2019 – At this month’s general meeting we were once again treated to an excellent demonstration by Cheryl Bruce, focusing on adding figures to a painting along, with her numerous tips for using watercolours. Cheryl also discussed drawing faces and brought along some of her fantastic journals highlighting many of the portraits she has sketched. Her dedication and the challenges she has set herself are most inspiring, as are her wonderful paintings. It is such a pleasure to have so many talented artists share their time and techniques with us each month.

Also this month has seen us move our pop up shop to Belmont Central where we now occupy a much larger space. The shop is open Fridays 10am – 4pm and Saturdays 10am – 2pm and will be manned by the artists with more paintings coming every week.
