The June meeting was a day of winners, when all the prize winners in the Lola Rose Award were presented with certificates. Also, the winning work in the People’s Choice was announced – this time going to John Hastings for his intriguing painting ‘Valley of the Wolf’, with the winning voter being Kay Frost Smith of Lambton. The winner of Bruno Wein’s raffled painting is Emma Sampson of Wallsend. Congratulations to all and thank you for your participation.
