21/11/2017 – Our last meeting of the year was buzzing as everyone came together to discuss the recent success of our Belmont Citi Centre exhibition and upcoming plans for the year ahead. With a total of 30 paintings sold and a record number of prizes awarded, the Belmont exhibition was a great way to end the year! Added to that a wonderfully informative demonstration by local artist Jill Campbell and we all left feeling inspired. Jill (pictured) shared her techniques and many tips for creating her very popular mixed media paintings, cramming so much information into her allotted ninety minutes! Thank you Jill. We are very lucky to have so many generous artists sharing their time and skills with us throughout the year, and it is greatly appreciated.  A big thank you as well to our member Pamela Rose for all her work in arranging these demos!
