21/11/2017 – Congratulations to J. Robertson (ticket # 12617) – the lucky winner of our exhibition raffle for the beautiful watercolour ‘Valentine Shore’ by Wendy Lesniak. Also to M. Grieve for being winning participant in our People’s Choice competition. The People’s Choice most popular painting was won by Kate Belton for her ink painting ‘Elephant'(pictured), so well done Kate! The inaugural John Hipwell Prize – a wonderful donation by Michelle Harris in memory of her father, went to Enid Simpson and once again the society had a random draw of all entrants – this time won by Norma Clarke. So huge congratulations to all of you, as well of  course to  our previously mentioned winners of the Des Vout Memorial Award.
