16/8/16 – A well-deserved Lifetime Membership was awarded to Wendy Lesniak Godbee at our August meeting. Wendy has been an extremely active member of the society for many years. Currently holding the position of Secretary, she has at various times also been the society’s President and Treasurer. Her tireless work every year, liaising with local shopping centres to ensure each exhibition continues to run smoothly is invaluable, as is all the time and effort she donates constantly to every aspect of the society. Wendy has won numerous awards and her paintings, usually signed in her maiden name, Godbee, are highly sought after. Congratulations Wendy!
